Leslie Harrington

Eighteen years ago, after many years in the video game industry, Leslie Harrington, was chosen as the new illustrator of Goofus and Gallant, Highlights Magazine’s over 75-year-old comic strip about two boys whose exploits open doors to lessons about manners, friendship and, basically, being a good person. Yes, THAT Highlights Magazine, the one we all read while waiting in dentist and doctor offices.

Today, she’s a busy freelancer working with independent authors, educational and Christian publishers plus creating illustrations for art licensing. Her studio overlooks the Snoqualmie Valley in Washington state. She shares the view with her husband Mike and their two rescue kitties, Franklin and Madison
