Amanda Voris launched her professional freelance art career by creating murals, portraits, logos and even wedding dress design.
Her training began at Monterey Peninsula College, where she attended on an art scholarship and earned an Associate of Arts in Business and Fine Art.
As Amanda's work shifted to digital art, she studied at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. Amanda found her niche at the academy in digital art and storytelling. She combined her background in fine art painting and her love for digital art, applying them to her work in children’s books and consumer products. Her children’s books feature fun characters with a moral and educational aspect to them.
Amanda continues to paint (digitally) and write in her East Bay home with her boyfriend Justin and dog Baxter at her side.
